April Challenge

Between now and Tuesday, April 12, engage your network and local community in our programs and events. Collect points as you complete tasks to earn some awesome rewards.

  • Up to 5 activities can be added at a time.

  • You can fill this out after each activity, or once a week.

  • We will pull totals on Thursday evenings and announce weekly winners!

PRIZES

  • 150 points - Limited-Edition Crossroads Continuum Merchandise and Apex Arcade Card

  • Top Individual: Brooklyn + Rye Prize Package

  • Top Team (Department or Classroom): Breakfast or Lunch

  • 2nd Place Team: Beverage Delivery (Coffee, Tea, or Smoothies!)

Top Individual and Teams will be announced at Crossroads School Briefing, Directors will wear shirts celebrating the top team's victory, and winners will be celebrated on Social Media. Weekly stats will be shared with prizes for weekly winners.

Point-Earning Activities

100 Points

  • Refer a family with a child age 3-5 in need of ABA services; if they enroll, you get 100 points!

50 Points

  • Get a local autism service provider, org, or parent group to post about Center-Based Services on social media or newsletter.

  • Host a fundraising event at your gym, golf course, favorite restaurant, etc.

  • Recruit an autism services provider to join the Resource Fair at the 5K and Family Fun Day; when they register, you get 50 points.

35 Points

  • Go Live and thank your donors for supporting #GivingTuesday. Direct them to learn about our new programs by visiting crossroadscontinuum.org.

  • Recruit a corporate team for the 5k.

  • Get a giveaway item donated for 5k and Family Fun Day participants.

25 Points

  • Bring Learning Center Brochures to a Pediatrician, Daycare, or Related Services Office.

  • Send personal email to an individual who might benefit from our services.

  • Send a personal email to a professional contact whose organization might be a good referral source for our programs and ask if you can introduce them to Sarah Palin, Chief Program Officer.

  • Get a college or university career center to share recruitment information in their newsletter or social media.

20 Points

  • Hear an awesome story from a family we serve? Ask them to email it to development@crossroadscontinuum.org so it can be featured on our website and/or social media.

  • Register a team for the 10th Annual 5K and Family Fun Day and recruit two people.

  • Join the 5K Committee and help Angie with planning. Register at crossroadscontinuum.org/run-walk.

15 Points

  • Volunteer for one hour in the Development Department, email development@crossroadscontinuum.org to learn more.

  • Get an item donated for 5k raffles.

  • Send a personal email to someone who would be a good fit to work in one of our programs.

  • Invite a service provider or organization to participate in the Resource Fair.

10 Points

  • Attend the DEI Committee Meeting on Thursday, April 14.

  • Share a post on LinkedIn about working at Crossroads Continuum with a link to crossroadscontinuum.org/careers.

  • Share our Corporate Partnership information (crossroadscontinuum.org/corporate-partnerships) on LinkedIn.

  • Reach out to Alumni Network from your college and share Corporate Partnership information.

  • Invite a local business owner to join us at the Networking Brunch on Tuesday, April 12. (www.crossroadscontinuum.org/networking-brunch-registration)

  • Post Recruitment Flyers on College Campus.

  • Post Crossroads Learning Center (Center-Based ABA Services) flyers on a Community Board at a Coffee Shop, Gym, or Rec Program.

  • Eat at 110 Grill on Saturday, April 2 and post about it on your Instagram Story and tag @XroadsContinuum.

  • Join us at SweatFixx Arlington on Sunday, April 10.

  • Recruit a friend or family member to join you at SPENGA or SweatFixx.

  • Recruit a volunteer for the 5K and Family Fun Day.

  • Share one of our Student Success Posts on your Facebook or Instagram.

You can pick up the brochures and flyers you need for posting and distribution from the Lobby at Crossroads School or in Hudson.
